Books Butterfly Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done at least 10 days before Promotion Start Date

If you give us less than 10 days then there is not enough time to ensure we can replace that promotion package with a package from another author

In some cases, we might be able to keep you on hold and cancel if another author asks for same date

In all cases, we can offer you store credit and you can use store credit on another book, for the same dates, or for other dates

There is a limit of 2 cancellations. After you have done 2 cancellations we will not take any more orders from you
