Cancellation Policy for Platform Packages

Platform Gold - You can cancel at the end of any month and get prorated refund in cash. Cancellation is only at a month interval i.e. After 1 Month, After 2 Months

Platform Diamond - You can cancel at the end of any month and

1) If App is already delivered - You will be charged $4,000 for the App. Then from the remaining amount we will adjust based on how many months have passed and do a prorated refund in cash. Cancellation is only at the end of each month. So we will cancel at the end of that particular month

2) If App is not delivered - We will do a prorated refund in cash based on number of months that have already passed. Cancellation is only at the end of each month. So we will cancel at the end of that particular month

Platform Pearl - You can cancel at the end of any month and

1) If App is already delivered but Website is not delivered - You will be charged $4,000 for the App. Then from the remaining amount we will adjust based on how many months have passed and do a prorated refund in cash. Cancellation is only at the end of each month. So we will cancel at the end of that particular month

2) If App is already delivered and Website is already delivered - You will be charged $4,000 for the App and $3,000 for the Website. Then from the remaining amount we will adjust based on how many months have passed and do a prorated refund in cash. Cancellation is only at the end of each month. So we will cancel at the end of that particular month

3) If Website is already delivered but App is not delivered - You will be charged $3,000 for the Website. Then from the remaining amount we will adjust based on how many months have passed and do a prorated refund in cash. Cancellation is only at the end of each month. So we will cancel at the end of that particular month

4) If App is not delivered and Website is not delivered - We will do a prorated refund in cash based on number of months that have already passed. Cancellation is only at the end of each month. So we will cancel at the end of that particular month

Growth Gold - You can cancel at end of any month and get prorated refund in cash. Cancellation is only at a month interval i.e. After 1 Month, After 2 Months

Cancellation Policy for App & Website Packages

Delivery time is 1 to 3 months. There is no cancellation for late delivery if author/client has asked for any revisions or any changes in specification/functionality (even minor ones)

1) [Before Work Has Started on Your App & Website] If Author/Client and Books Butterfly cannot agree upon website specifications and functionality - Full Refund minus $100 fee for doing all the set up work and specification work

2) If Website and App are delivered - No Cancellation after Website and App are delivered

3) If Website only package and Website is delivered - No Cancellation after Website is delivered

4) If App only package and App is delivered - No Cancellation after App is delivered

5) Group Package and App is delivered but Website is not delivered - $4,000 for App will be charged. From the remaining amount, we will charge $300 per week of work on the website (minimum $300) and refund the rest in cash

6) Group Package and Website is delivered but App is not delivered - $3,000 for Website will be charged. From remaining we will charge $500 per week of work on the App (minimum $500) and refund the rest in cash

7) Neither App nor Website are delivered – We will charge $300 per week of work on the Website (minimum $300) and $500 per week of work on the App (minimum $500) and refund the rest in cash

Important Note regarding App Store Approval

We deliver the App to you. App Store Approval is not covered

For Android Apps you can share them straight with your customers and we strongly recommend that. We only deliver Apps that meet the App Store requirements so approval should be straightforward. However, we do not cover the app approval process

1) Android App Store and Kindle Fire App Store - Approval process is not covered in the package. We are happy to do minor changes. However, we will not change any functionality. Package only includes delivery of the App to you. The App delivered is in a form that has been approved dozens of times (for our own apps) and should get approved without any hitches most of the time

2) Apple App Store - Approval Process is not covered in the package. We are happy to do changes to get Apple App Store approval. However, this is a courtesy and package only includes delivery of the App to you. The App delivered is in a form that has been approved dozens of times (our own apps) and should get approved without any hitches most of the time

Cancellation Policy for Subscription Packages

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation will be valid from the end of the month. You will not be billed for future months

Cancellation Policy for Consulting Packages

After you submit for a Consulting Package, we will first analyse and review your books and make a decision on whether or not we can help you

If we cannot help you, we will do a full refund

If we can help you, and the initial plan of action we send you is not to your liking, you can cancel for a $200 fee that covers the work we did analyzing your book (usually 3 to 6 hours of work). The amount you paid (minus $200 fee) will be refunded in cash

If we proceed, you can cancel at the end of each month for certain Consulting packages

Consulting Gold - It is a one month package so there is no cancellation

Consulting Diamond - It is a 3 month package and you can cancel at the end of any month. We will do a prorated refund in cash for the remaining months

Consulting Pearl - It is a 6 Month package and you can cancel at the end of any month. We will do a prorated refund in cash for the remaining months

Consulting Max - It is a one year package and you can cancel at the end of any month. We will do a prorated refund in cash for the remaining months

Book Launch Consulting - There is no cancellation

Author Platform Consulting - There is no cancellation
